I'm really getting stressed now, there's 6 tests next week=( all which I have not started revising for. I have a short swimming lesson in 2 hours time and a swimming exam in 4 hours time. I woke up sore and aching from Mulan yesterday, especially the stomach muscles. oh great.
hee cca was great though,(except the measurements part..Im so fat!!) played rugby the last 2 times. Yesterday we didn't even have to run! haha what a miracle^_^ ok I need to plan my time, seriously. I shall revise chem before going out and I will try to study History and do some differentiation by today.

kranji war memorials
I went to Kranji War Memorial today. It's a nice place really, very peaceful and beautiful. (although it's full of tombstones)
The carpet grass is so nice and comfy, and the stone walls are so nice to sit on. It was a huge open space, I was thinking it would be a nice place to watch stars at night. The people are so poor things though, so many died in the war. Many are foreigners, from all over the world, Germany, Australia.. They sacrificed themselves and it was not even for their own countries..Those are the real heros. (signz..reminds me of the el hw of writing a tribute to a hero..i mean who writes a tribute just because ur told to write one for your english homework??) Mulan 2mr..running..im so gonna die.. oh btw Mulan IS a her0^_^

an afternoon in Chinatown
Went to Chinatown to source around for props with XiAn Joyce n WanTing. It was quite crowded and it was raining! Found the really old and ugly type of cups and bowls in 2 shops. One was sold for 80 cents and the other for $2!! And we were walking around in circles most of the time, reminded me of the Xiang Yang Markets in Shanghai.
Things we ate (or rather shared) -blue coral bubble tea -cheese sausage -jap salmon pizza -teriyaki pohpiah On the MRT we poked holes in the styromform box of jap pizza and stick the chopstick around creating...tada! Tang! woots! =)

sth to think about
3 business men met in a restuarant for dinner. the bill came up to be $25. Each man paid a $10 note. They received $5 change. The 3 men decide to give the waiter a $2 tip, and divide the remaining money among themselves, receiving $1 each. In this way each paid $10-$1=$9. so the total they paid is $9x3=$27. Plus the $2 tip, it's $27+$2=$29.
so where did the missing $1 go?

I Dream--Taufik Batisah
In my mind I can climb All the mountains that surround me My spirit's there, where eagles dare to fly
In my heart There's a spark That can light the world around me An open door, where I am sure dreams are Bridge 1: It doesn't matter if I win Or the colour of my skin Cause the race is all about Believing in yourself Chorus 1: And I dream I can run Like the wind And be strong When my heart just wants to give in I dream I can be The hero that's in me When I dream, I dream Verse 2: If there's a time In your life When the odds are so against you There's no defeat, if all you keep is pride First or last Slow or fast There's a dignity that makes you Keep driving on, when worlds have come apart Bridge 2: It doesn't matter rich or poor Or the things you've done before Cause the race is all about Believing in yourself Chorus 2: And I dream I can run Like the wind And be strong When my heart just wants to give in I dream I can be The hero that's in me When I dream, I dream Middle 8: I dream Of a moment That forever will be golden When the torch is passed Only dreams will last That are shared by everyone Chorus 3 & 4: And I dream I can run Like the wind And be strong When my heart just wants to give in I dream I can be The hero that's in me When I dream, I dream

Renci Charity Show
I was watching the Renci Charity Show, it was so touching! Especially the part with Bryan and Shao Guang driving..Lu Jiang was so emotional..and he did it! He managesd to squeeze into a parallel parking space of 30cm. He was jumping up and down so excitedly. The joy. The moment. What he did and said really moved me to tears. Even way after his performance, just asking the people to donate made him want to cry, mentioning the tsumani also, "It's very sad.."
The genuine sincerity..It's so much that he became my favourite artiste from channel u just because of this. I think this show is much more touching than the previous nkf ones. The overseas stars and the audiences all volunteered to do the push-ups. Even the 9 years old boy and the 17 years old girl. They are all so serious about doing push-ups and helping. The little boy is willing to step forwards in front of all the crowds and tv audience..it's just so touching. The moment Edward and his son shared when the target is met..there are so many touching moments. They finally met their target at the last minute!! Everyone was so happy..It's not the performances, it's the cooperation and how much they themselves feel for it and Renci. It's a feeling I can't describe. Lately with the tsumari and everything, people are suffering. They are so kelian that the whole world feels and prays for them. We learn to appreciate life and what we have. The only good thing about disaters is that it brings out humans' compassion and kindness. We finally get to see the nice side of people. There was donating cans everywhere I go, the counter in 7eleven and on every hawker stall in Kopitiam. It made the world much more heartwarming.

1st week of school
It has been a whole week since school reopens and I haven't been blogging. Life now is just too busy.
Some updates on my life: Mon-1st day of school! I slept 4 hours after school. What a wasted day. Tue-We had PE lesson. I need to lose weight seriously. ran during lunch break. CCA-We are going for the double!:D Wed-twisted some vein in my ankle when running during lunch=( Cca orentation-the sec 1s came in at the perfect time, where Feng got raped ;) I played the grandmother, and was asked to audition for it. Thurs-Finally a day where I have time to PIAH add maths retest + learn the lines of grandmother. A super busy afternoon and night and early morning. Fri-Add maths was horrible. I think I might either just pass or fail. The LT was teribly cold and I was literally shivering and the red arteries on my hand all popped out for some reason. Got the role of young Ah Lan without even auditioning although I didn't even want it before Wednesday. =) What a busy week, and there's homework every single day but are all due on Monday next week which I all did not touched. It's going to be a tough weekend.
